They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids.     Goldschmidt & Howland Hampstead is by far the most professional branch of an estate agency I have ever dealt with. The team in Hampstead helped my partner and I secure an incredible rented property in Belsize Park. Two people stood out to us. Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Elliot Gold's professionalism and diligence when he took us around the property. Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal.
