We would like to say how very pleased and impressed we were with Jeremy Landes, and all the advice he gave that led to our purchase of 27 Corringham Court, Corringham Road. He is a complete professional in every respect —unfailingly courteous, full of knowledge of the market, quick to respond from our very first contact with him to arrange a viewing, and very prompt in answering all our queries and following them through. He gave good advice on what we should do in the way of refurbishment (which we are now following), and helped us decide on the asking price. We felt he had years of experience, and could be trusted completely. We are trying to sell our house in Queen’s Park at the moment, and he gave us some excellent advice on how to proceed with our current agents. He offered to put us in touch with your office in West Hampstead, but did not push this, when he realised that we were probably OK without getting another agent involved. That was nice change from other agents, who have been pestering us to let them market our house!

We bought our flat through Neil Probert at Goldschmidt. We had a fantastic experience. Neil was extremely proactive moving things forward and very helpful at every stage. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents from other companies we dealt with. He spoke to us both (man & woman) as equals which is far less common than it should be. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He was comfortable to say when he didn’t know something but always came back promptly with the answer. He would highly recommend him to anyone.

They guided us through the whole selling process brilliantly from beginning to end, answering any questions clearly and giving sensible advice on which direction to take at various points in the process, including on pricing. We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow.
