    We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow.     We just exchanged on our house in Hampstead after only having put it on the market a very short time ago with Goldschmidt and Howland. They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids. In the end we got the price we wanted and the whole process was smooth and conducted in record time even with the pandemic making it harder than usual. Nice, professional people to do business with!
