We would like to say how very pleased and impressed we were with Jeremy Landes, and all the advice he gave that led to our purchase of 27 Corringham Court, Corringham Road. He gave good advice on what we should do in the way of refurbishment (which we are now following), and helped us decide on the asking price. We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work. These are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.
