They also worked very hard on the ground, arranging over 30 viewings on the property, communicating to us on each one and therefore keeping us up to date at all times.

Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. He patiently answered all of our questions and clearly understood what we were hoping to achieve. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal.
