Goldschmidt & Howland Hampstead is by far the most professional branch of an estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy in North London. The team in Hampstead helped my partner and I secure an incredible rented property in Belsize Park. Two people stood out to us. Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Elliot Gold's professionalism and diligence when he took us around the property. Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. He patiently answered all of our questions and clearly understood what we were hoping to achieve. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal. A top estate agent! A big thank you is also owed to Adam Nachman. Adam leads the talented lettings team at Goldschmidt & Howland. He has an excellent way with his clients and is clearly well regarded by all those who deal with him. We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work. These are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.

We bought a flat where G&H were the sellers agents. They were professional and prompt in their dealings. Louisa in particularly was very good. Some of the other staff were not that great.
