He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work. These are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.
